Shipping Policy

Wax Poetic Candle Bar offers several shipping selections via USPS, FedEx, & UPS. Customers can select their shipping preference at checkout. Please be aware that due to the COVID-19 Pandemic estimated shipping times may be delayed.

All orders are shipped within a timely manner from the date the order is placed. Typical USPS ground shipments can be expected within 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping options are available with upgrades, but are not eligible for the free shipping discount.

Free local pickup is available within a 25-mile radius of the store and will display at checkout if you are eligible.
